I think the Game against Miami next week may very well be the last of the season for the Ptriots.

Gee, that's an optimistic attitude. Have a little more faith. Miami's not that tough. I'd like to see the Raiders play the Pats again in the playoffs. Of course it'll be here in Oakland this time around.

Wow...Nommy should be ok. Nothing Alka Seltzer or a large, cold Sammy's won't fix. Don't know what happened to Miami, but I'm glad to see that it did.

On the otherhand...maybe just the Sammy's. Patriots have a playoff chance if the Jets lose. Unfortunately, the Jets are taking it to the Packers big time...guess there's no play-off game between Oakland and New England this year.
What's nice is the 49er's won't have to deal with the Packers until the NFC championship game...if they can get that far.
One of the times of the year where it's both good and bad. Games are exciting, both Bay Area teams have a shot at the SuperBowl (Oakland won't be playing any more games outside of California), but *sigh* it's almost over, too.
Soon it'll be time to hibernate...when baseball starts.

Yup...It was a hair pulling game. I actually shut it off through the third and most of the 4th quarter. But, byt the gods...what a come back. The Pats pulled of what it seems they do best...last minute plays of great importance. But, unfortuanately, GB got their Asses handed to them and now we are out.; It is a nast little division we play in. Atleast Miami didnt get in.

I was too busy with school this last semester to make it to any games. With homefield advantage I can jam up some of my season ticket holding friends to try and make it to a playoff game.
GO RAIDERS!!

<font face="georgia">ow...Ow...OW! 31 to 20 loss after a 20-3 lead? I know it's a non-game, but the second half of the last regular season game is an example of 49er play, there won't be anything left of the 49ers after the Giants/49er game except smoke...
Sure, the game was of no consequence to anyone with respect to the playoffs, but to give up so much in the 4th quarter without scoring points? I may end up just a short-term Raider fan after this coming weekend...

Wizz, you must be extremely happy after that SF Giants upset?
I gotta root for someone, so I am rooting for the Jets! GO JETS!
